JSIE was founded to help people unlock their full potential to promote social change with the cutting edge of technological innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. It promotes empowerment of women and minorities and raises an awareness, thereby building a society that men and women can participate in together. Our traditional values and cultural practices need to be transformed to thrive for 21st century. To achieve this goal, under the theme of “to be independent thinker and execute with confidence”, JSIE organized Women’s Initiative for Summer Empowerment program (WISE) 2015 at Roppongi Academy Hills during August 1-3rd 2015, to implement an awareness raising programs in professional education bringing renowned practitioners and thought leaders. Sixty WISE Fellows joined group discussions and seminars led by distinguished lecturers and speakers.
